Hi,

I seek to query the group mind regarding good Russian restaurants in Philly.

I think I am looking for something a bit smaller and cozier than the big banquet-style places, but a bit fancier than the Stolovaya (though it is a place I like a lot).

I'm not even sure such a place exists in Philly... any thoughts?
